THE GRASS IS ALWAYS GREENER ON TV

Before TV binging became our reality, Mark Bennett obsessively memorized every detail in the 1950s television shows from his childhood. These idyllic, imaginary worlds were an escape from his isolated, traumatic life and became the inspiration for his art. When fame unexpectedly found Mark, the dangers of living within a fantasy world emerged.

I had the honor of documenting Mark’s life in Chattanooga, TN. This debut short film marked my initiation into the medium, leaving me hooked.
